Terms & Conditions
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all services and products sold by North Sea Detailing AS, org. 837 843 812. By placing an order you accept these terms.
2. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT. Payment is by agreement, typically with 14-day payment terms for corporate customers.
3. Cancellation
Cancellation of cleaning services must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellation may incur a fee of 50% of the agreed price.
4. Complaints
Any defects or deficiencies in the performed service must be reported within 48 hours. We will rectify the issue at no extra cost.
5. Liability
North Sea Detailing AS is responsible for damages arising from our execution of the service. We encourage customers to have their own contents insurance.
6. Force Majeure
North Sea Detailing AS is not liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, fire, extreme weather, or pandemic.
